I'm the Training Manager at Cosmic, making sure our programmes are well planned, delivered effectively, and reported on accurately. I lead the training team, support colleagues, and personally deliver training and consultancy to our clients. I also create new courses and content for our online learning platform. My expertise in digital marketing helps small businesses in Devon and Somerset improve their digital strategies and technology use.
I started my career with a degree in International Relations and Politics, then joined Somerset County Council as a Graduate Management Trainee. During my training, I worked in various departments, earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Management, and later worked in the Economic Development Team, where I managed rural workspace projects, digital business support, and rural superfast broadband infrastructure.
