Cosmic Assist Lite’s Pay-As-You-Go approach ensures you only pay for the services you use.

Cosmic Assist
Cosmic Assist is a monthly service that offers support on an agreed number of support hours per month. Ideal for businesses or charities on a limited budget or who already purchase some services from third party providers.
- Routine site visits for repair and maintenance
- Dedicated helpdesk support and remote/on-site diagnostics and repair
- Network and server advice and guidance
- Unlimited telephone and email support
- Dedicated number of hours per month for break/fix or strategic support
Cosmic Assist+
Cosmic Assist Plus is an all-inclusive service and monitoring contract. Cosmic can be considered as your own IT department, covering:
- Monitoring, diagnostics and support for the whole network and all connected devices
- Unlimited hardware and software break/fix support
- Unlimited digital strategy guidance and consultancy
- Network support and monitoring, Wi-Fi support and wired connections
- User account management for staff
- Inclusive local back-up, cloud to cloud back-up and archiving service
- Inclusive anti-virus protection
- Projector/AV management if required.
- Unlimited IT training for staff, board and trustees
