Our featured new website this week is Odle Farm – Karen and the Odle Farm team came to Cosmic in need of a new, easy to use content management system that was up to date with today’s web design and development standards.
Who are Odle Farm?“Our quiet location is perfect if you want to get away from it all, yet a short drive will take you to the bustling market town of Honiton. Situated on the Devon/Dorset/Somerset border you are within easy reach of all that this beautiful area has to offer. The delightful holiday cottages are arranged around a peaceful courtyard and surrounded by ten acres of grounds. The cottages are equipped with everything you need to make your stay relaxing – from TV’s and DVD players to comfortable beds, toasty wood burners and hot tubs! In addition to the four holiday cottages we also have beautifully furnished Bed and Breakfast accommodation in our family home.”
What did they want?Odle Farm required a responsive website with a vibrant design to really show off their cottages and B&B. With plenty of images and rotating headers, the website gives off a great view of the accommodation and the ability to book rooms online. They have the ability to post news and special events, as well as display their guest book and things to do in the local area.
What did they say?“The team at Cosmic have been very patient and have always been at the end of the phone able to answer and sort any queries we have thrown at them. We are really pleased with the design they put together and even I have managed to update it and replace photos without any problems....and I am definitely a learner!
Knowing Jamie and the rest of the team at Cosmic are only a phone call away if I do have difficulties is great.
The transfer from our old website and host company to Cosmic and the new website was so straight forward, stress free! I can't believe how smoothly it went, last time we changed host company (not the website, just the host!) was an absolute nightmare!
