We’re nearing Christmas, and Cosmic are happy to announce that another new website development piece has been completed, this time for Turkish gulet holiday company Day Dreams Travel.
Who are Day Dreams Travel?
“DayDreams is a small company specialising in private gulet charters and gulet holidays in Turkey and the Dodecanese islands. The company was founded in 1987 by Jenny Day. Jenny and her team are experts in organising tailor-made travel in Turkey, particularly gulet holidays, short breaks to Istanbul and land tours to areas such as Cappadocia. They can advise on all aspects of a tailor-made gulet charter, from the itinerary along the Turkish coast or Dodecanese islands, to the most appropriate boat, the most interesting archaeological sites and routes to catch the winds for sailing. Delicious menus can be planned to suit your tastes. UK clients can benefit from Atol protected holidays including flights. Their organisational skills and expertise really will make the difference.”
What did they need?
Jenny and the Day Dreams Travel team came to Cosmic in need of a new, refreshing website. As they were currently using a HTML website, making updates wasn’t a simple process, and the scope for further development and implementation of modern website techniques wasn’t available easily.
For these reasons, Day Dreams Travel opted for a modern content management system, which uses mobile responsive templates to enable smartphone and tablet viewers to view the website at optimum viewing.
Jenny is a keen photographer, so her photographs are used throughout the website to their full potential, catching the eye of the reader and giving them a taste of what to expect on their gulet holiday in Turkey.
Each boat comes with its own profile, featuring a picture gallery, general description of its offerings and technical details.
The team has the ability to post the latest news about what they are up to at any given moment, as well as displaying their testimonials to show the great work they do.
