Social media for social enterprise

Here are Cosmic we are keen to hear from anyone who wants to share great examples of social enterprises using social media. We want to be able to promote improvements and provide support for anyone who is working in social enterprise, and of course to share the best examples we can find.

And this week Unity Trust bank has published its own guide to good use of social media - "About That First Tweet" giving some guidelines and examples and commentary from industry experts. The key message in this report is that organisations really do need to up their game when it comes to taking advantage of the benefits which social media can offer.
