Music is known to bring people together, and that’s just what the Positive People Join the Jam music event achieved this summer.
Held at Exeter Corn Exchange, people travelled across Devon to join in the fun. Cosmic, Pluss, Pop+, Torbay Community Development Trust and Devon Community Foundation clubbed together to create a memorable day for the Positive People team and members.
Designed to help people who are out of work to get back on their feet, the project is funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund. With this funding, the team were able to create an event that everybody could get involved with, whatever their abilities, backgrounds and taste in music.
