Cosmic is now, officially a College of the University of Plymouth and offers the first nationally accredited course for Leaders in Social Enterprise. The Pioneer Programme provides the tailored personal development and organisational support that Social Entrepreneurs need to benefit themselves and their organisation.
Participants will gain a 60 credit University of Plymouth Certificate of Professional Development, leadership in Social Enterprise Level 5.
The Pioneer Programme is delivered over the academic year and offers a flexible programme of learning including a range of workshops, lectures, reflective practice and a two day Residential.

Courses – take place in venues convenient to students and on dates which match busy working schedules. There will be 5×1 day modules covering topics as diverse as Performance Improvement to Strategic Marketing.
Dates – Induction dates – 22nd September 2011 with monthly module workshops to be held from Oct 2011 – April 2012. The 2 day Residential to be held 24th/25th November 2011. These dates are subject to confirmation.
Entry requirements - No formal qualifications are needed, but students will need to have a very good standard of general education together with excellent communication and motivational skills.
How much does it cost? The programme fee is £2000 per student + University of Plymouth enrolment fees. Payment to be received at the beginning of the programme.
