Quality and Impact Administrator – Positive People (Devon and Somerset)  

Cosmic, the award-winning digital consultancy & social enterprise, are seeking a new Quality and Impact Administrator. The Positive People project is a project that Cosmic run which is jointly funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery Community Fund.

We are a social enterprise, providing IT support services, website design and digital skills training for over 24 years and do this in a uniquely kind, friendly and inspiring way. We work in partnership with organisations locally in the South West, particularly charities, schools, community groups and local businesses of all sizes. 

The Role 

The Quality and Impact Administrator is a new and vital role at Cosmic. They will help us to record, evaluate and report on the impact our work has on individuals and the community. 

The Positive People Project works with people who are furthest from the workplace and aims to move them closer or into the job market. The Quality and Impact Administrator will focus on collecting data that shows the social impact that our digital interventions have on participants.  

You will support our project team to monitor and evaluate their work to highlight the social impact which is underpinned by data and insights taken from evaluations. 

 As a result, Cosmic will be able to continuously improve our projects for participants and better articulate the changes we make to their lives to internal and external stakeholders. 

The role will be demanding but rewarding. You will be working with an amazing team who share your passions.  

What are we looking for? 

  • Qualified to Degree level or experience of collecting and analysing data - measuring impact. (Desirable qualification in subject related to statistics, social research, sociology, science, geography, environmental science etc) 

  • Good experience in monitoring, evaluation, or research. 

  • Someone who is passionate about social change and enthusiastic about the changes digital technology can bring. 

  • Fast learner with ability to communicate well with a diverse range of participants
