Web Frontline Support Assistant
In my job I have many different roles, I talk to clients about new websites and create quotes from the conversations I have with them. I also help with resolving issues with people’s websites and transfer content for their new websites.
I am motivated to learn as much as I can about the Digital world and I really enjoy making the customers happy and proud when they finally get their dream website.
I started off working in retail for over 4 years, I really enjoyed speaking to customers and working with a large team. Since joining Cosmic I have really loved getting to know the team and learning new things every day.
In my spare time I enjoy baking and watching films with my friends and family.
