Ace Holds the Space is a Community Interest Company based in Exeter, established in 2019. Ace Holds the Space are a pioneer in wellbeing, empowerment of individuals and community resilience. They provide coaching & consultation to support individuals and organisations to flourish, through experiences such as a 10-week journey around motivation & wellbeing.
Ace Holds to Space also facilitates wellbeing in the workplace, encouraging inner harmony to reduce stress conflict & demotivation, that can be damaging to a workplace culture.
Roshani Ramass, founder of Ace Holds to Space, heard of Cosmic in 2019 through the Heart of the Southwest Growth Hub, however, was not able to commit to receiving support at that time. The name stuck in her head and in 2021 she registered for Digital Boost Exeter. Lockdown had given Roshani the time to reset, and she was now full of ideas and inspiration for the organisation but needed support to put these into action. The world of digital can be very overwhelming, with it being very fast-moving, lots of different platforms and Roshani was lacking confidence in her skills set.
We were able to provide support through a variety of workshops and 1:1 support. Roshani was supported in developing the content for her website, creating personas, and developing the brand.
Roshani says:
“Cosmic accelerated my business. I am a visual learner & they helped me to create visually what I wanted. They have a great team, the digital trainers are experts, with lots of energy & a fountain of knowledge. The workshops were dynamic in their delivering, challenging and valuable. The presentations are comprehensive – the quality of delivery is second to none and the kind of thing you would pay a lot of money for. To receive it for free is outstanding. This support was available at the perfect time, and I felt respected, supported & encouraged throughout. I look at my website now and can’t believe I created it – I am very proud of what I have achieved with support from Cosmic. 10/10!”
Roshani now has the confidence to develop her business and is looking to expand further into training & education, creating entertainment and even a radio show! Ace Holds the Space also donates 75% of profits back into the community to support wellbeing, community projects & charities. We’re very proud to be able to support Community Interest Companies who are doing great things.
