Event: Excellence in Business Training Awards 2014

The two businesses that Cosmic were up against were BD Biosciences and Blue Flame Heat. Cosmic were invited to the Excellence in Business Training Awards 2014 ceremony at the Atlantic Hotel in Newquay after being shortlisted into the top three of the Outstanding Commitment to Apprenticeships award. Over 170 business people attended the event, which Cosmic were proud to be a part of and being shortlisted to the final three for the award gave a great sense of accomplishment to the whole team.
After an exceptional, but very anxious meal it was time for the results for each of the awards to be revealed. There was a very tense wait for the first five awards to be presented before Cosmic were up for theirs. Unfortunately, Cosmic were the runners up for the Outstanding Commitment to Apprenticeships award, but they were up against two equally brilliant businesses. Cosmic, however, felt a great sense of accomplishment to be runners up of the award and in all, enjoyed a formal, but very relaxed evening.
