Moving forwards - developing your action plan
Do you generate lots of creative ideas & solutions but struggle to implement them in your organisation? Creating an innovation plan can help to outline your goals and focus efforts to ensure you reach them.
This workshop will guide you through creating a digital innovation plan for your organisation. We will discuss different types of innovation and the ways your organisation can transform in this area. Our trainer will guide you through a practical activity, where you will create your own innovation strategy.
You will leave the session with an innovation plan, outlining where you are now, your next steps and long-term goals, that you can develop and implement within your organisation.
This workshop is delivered as part of Velocity Somerset - a programme of support for all voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations in Somerset funded by the Government's Community Renewal Fund.
