Social Media for Online Retail Businesses Workshop
As a retailer, you’re most likely aware how important social media is. An active social media presence will enhance brand awareness, trust and reputation. These elements help to increase your sales and enable you to develop a community of online advocates for your business. But how exactly do you become successful on social media? How do you create a sustainable social media strategy? How can you be sure customers will engage and interact with your business?

This course is part of the Retail Recovery project, a programme of free business support and training, delivered by Cosmic in partnership with the Heart of the South West Growth Hub.
*Businesses must meet eligibility criteria.
Eligibility criteria:
Businesses defined as Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) - defined as employing less than 250 people and with a turnover below £2million.
Businesses need to be retailers based within Devon, Somerset, Plymouth and Torbay.
