Case study – 1:1 tailored support

ESF and Lottery logoAs part of its offering on the Positive People project, Cosmic provides 1:1 support to participants, which will be delivered by an experienced Digital Trainer. This support is tailored to the needs of the individual and the content and journey of these training sessions can vary significantly from one participant to the other.

The first meeting with a client is a chance for the Digital Trainer and the client to get to know each other and create a plan for the training that will be delivered. This encompasses working through a training assessment together, where the trainer will gather an in-depth view on the client’s digital knowledge and any gaps that may need to be filled. The assessment covers accessibility to a device, connectivity to the internet, day-to-day use of technology, past experiences and qualifications.
