The role of Regional Accessibility Champions has been appointed by the national ICT Hub under a project funded by the Home Office. In this role we are responsible for raising awareness of the technologies available to improve access to computers for people with disabilities or those who experience difficulties using the standard equipment. There is a champion in each geographical region who will advise voluntary sector organisations on available hardware and software.
