COSMIC wins ESF funds for Leadership programme
March 27th 2009COSMIC has been announced as one of three SW organisations which has been successful in tendering for contracts to deliver training in the region. Our bid has focussed on the development of an exciting and innovative approach to developing Leadership in Social Enterprises across the region and to extend the programme already being developed for Lively Leadership Mentoring. Pluss a fellow Social Enteprise Mark holder working in the region has also been successful.
More news will follow once contracts are in place, but initial reaction from Julie Harris CEO was - "This is excellent news and provides COSMIC with a further boost in our plans to develop top quality leadership support for other social enterprises in the region. It really is a boost at this time to have another major project to run, and to develop new skills in our team."
