Devon Consortium
The Devon Consortium was formed in January 2005 to provide a body with the skills, expertise, authority and mandate from Voluntary and Community Organisations in Devon to prepare a submission for the ChangeUp main spend programme.
The aim of this site is to get the member organisations to communicate information and ideas to each other using a forum, this will remove the need for face to face meetings and cuts down on travel. The rest of the site can be updated by an administrator using a CMS system.
